Joya del Mar

The Joya del Mar beach house near the Maya Beach Hotel is actually a 3-unit rental. Each unit has one bed, and kitchenette or kitchen facilities. The house sits right on the beach, just south of the Flip Flop Palace with open space on the north side.

These units are only available when booked less than 60 days in advance and they require 4-night minimum stays.

MAIN UNIT

The Main floor unit of the house has a large living room, a full kitchen (Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, microwave, toaster), a big balcony, a king bedroom, AC, bathroom with double vanity, and cable TV.

UPPER UNIT

The Upper unit also has a nice big balcony with views over the Caribbean. It’s more efficiency-sized, with a queen air conditioned bedroom and small kitchenette (microwave, small refrigerator, toaster).

JUNIOR UNIT

The Junior unit is our bargain beach house unit. It is just a room, really, with tiled floors, its own bathroom and kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, toaster), and a window-unit AC to keep it cool at night. Please note this room does not have a balcony or views of the ocean.
