TOURS

All tour can be arranged at the front desk – We work with all tour operators in Placencia.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel tours at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tours’ date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total tour cost.

• No Charge - If cancelled 15 days or more from arrival
• Card charged 14 days from arrival
• Your card will be charged now if you are arriving within the next 14 days
• Partial Refund - 50% of Full Stay - If cancelled within 14 days of arrival
• No Refund - If cancelled less than 1 day from arrival

Cancellation Policy - Non-refundable Rates 

• Payment for this booking is due now. It is a discounted, non-refundable rate which commits you to the booking.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations of non-refundable rates.
• If your plans are uncertain, please choose the Flexible Price or purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Iron & Ironing Board 

• available upon request at front desk or with housekeeping staff. 

A Phone is available at the front desk if you need to make local or international call (we use a Vonage line for all our international outgoing calls) There is no Charge for local calls, nor for international calls using the Vonage phone line, these are calls to the USA or Canada only. 

Kayaks, Paddle Boards and Bicycles.

• Kayaks and Paddle Boards should not be use when the sea is choppy
• Time of use for all amenities is from 6:00AM-5:00PM
• To use amenities guest must sign up at the front desk

PET POLICY - Pets are not allowed except for service dogs.
